Do you levy any reservation charges ?

No, we do not levy any reservation charges. Rather, we offer you much lower rates then normally one would get from hotel directly.

Will I get the same rate from hotel if I book directly ?

Normally, hotels will offer you published rate which are also called rack rate which would normally be much higher then the rate we offer to our clients.

What are your payment terms ?

You can pay us either through bank transfer in advance or pay us by cash or credit card unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy or if I have to make any amendments ?

We do not levy any cancellation charges on our own. But, if any hotel levies cancellation chrages then the same will be payable by you and specified at the time of confirmation of booking. But, normally hotels do not charge any cancellation if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Are all taxes included in the price that you quote ?

Yes, when we send you our rates, it includes all applicable taxes prevalent at that point of time.

Is breakfast included in the price ?

It depends on hotel to hotel. Few hotels offer price including breakfast. So, the price is same with or without breakfast, whereas, other hotels offer price on room only basis and charge extra for breakfast, Anyhow, we can always offer you price with breakfast for all hotels if you so desire.

Are there three bedded or four bedded rooms in hotels ?

In India, Normally, there are all double bed rooms except Suites (which are very expensive). In case of three persons in a room, they just put an extra bed in a double room.

What are check in and check out timings ?

Normal check in and check out timing in hotels in India is 1200 hours (12 noon). Certain hotels also give room for 24 hours. We can also provide you early check in (from 7 am) and late check out up to (6 pm) without any charges but this is subject to availability.

Do you provide airport transfers as well ?

Yes, we can provide you transfer from airport or railway station to your hotel. But, there will be extra charges for this service.

Why do you want to know about my budget ?

It will help us in offering you hotels which offer you best value for money within your budges. At times, we have special offers from various hotels and may be we can offer you a much better hotel within your budget which has a much higher published rate.
